Couple days ago I've wrote about Mirax Plaza. As Andriy Khariv, CEO of Ukrainian branch of Mirax Group said, the sale will start at March.First of all, the selling process starting with 46-floor office part of the "Mirax Plaza" complex with total spaces exceed K200 sq.m. Initially they will sell with single floors only for the USD 3500/1 sq.m. The total space of one floor is estimated 1500 sq.m. Main scenario is bonds issue.
Residential sales of the complex would begin a little bit later. Estimated price for 1 sq.m. is USD 2500.
