Upon Madrid Conference
As I posted before, I've been in Madrid for participating in conference regarding real estate in Ukraine. There were many well-known Spanish companies like Riofisa, Hypo Bank, Forum-Development and many more.
I guess I've done my presentation well indeed, 'cause there were many warm feedback for my speech for. Main focus was on real estate overview in Ukraine in general, with real estate analyze for regions.
I was happy to be there. Good contacts, good results and great weather :)

I read sometimes your blog. It's a pitty I didn't know you were comming to Madrid (were I live) because it would have been nice to comment on the current real state developments in Ukraine. As a matter of fact, it is difficult to realize how profitable the market can be actually... For instance, when you write about yields, do they include inflation? are taxes included?...quite hard to understand if 10% yield is mentioned for A class office space in Kiev, whereas inflation has been most of the time over 10% yoy for the past years and loans, even in foreign currency, have been typically beyond 14% and over...
