Only 3 from Top-10 best commercial real estate brands operate in Ukraine

"Lipsey" consulting company announced 25 World Best brand in commercial real estate. But only 3 of them presented in Ukraine. Sounds not optimistic, but that's just beginning.

The study examined the activities of more than 25,000 industry leaders, investment trusts, mortgage banks, commercial brokers, companies specializing in the management, and other industry organizations.

From the Top-10 only three companies in the market in Ukraine - Jones Lang LaSalle, which started only last year, Colliers Int. - from 1996, and NAI Pickard - in 1992.

So there is the 2006-2007 Gold List, something like Hall of Fame :)

Sorry, but I don't see a direct connections between Oncor and Astera.I wrote about brands, not about chains or other configuration. So, if there has been Oncor Astera, it would be correct. Like Cushman Wakefield Stiles Riabokobylko in Russia, for instance. So Astera is it a affiliate or intermediate? As I see, Astera is using Oncor database. Anything else? If you have an explanation, there is welcome.

Sergey, actually yes Astera's official company title is Astera Oncor. It is not a question of just a data base. Astera is the official partners in the Oncor establishment in both Russia and Ukraine.

Another one of the big European brands are moving into the Ukrainian market too - Swedish-owned Centrumutveckling. They will offer the full range of commercial real-estate consulting. As you may know Sergey they worked for IKEA alot in Russia and other east-european countries.

For sure, this is US point of view on RE short list. As far as I do understand, it could be a small differences in Europe one. Anyway, thanks for comment.
