Biggest megamall in Ukraine

At the beginning 2007 Karavan Group plans to open a biggest megamall in Ukraine with K85 sq.m. total space. It will be located in Kharkov. The main concept is "one-floor" store. Now already works 1st phase with K28 sq.m. For the financing this project Karavan has issued corporate bonds with BNP Ukrsibbank underwriting.

Today Karavan Group owns and operates with biggest shopping centre Karavan Megastore with K56 sq.m. total space. As reporting BNP Ukrsibbank press service, Karavan Group has the best "1 sq.m. return" ratio. It is approximately K8$. Megamall is one of the most attractive commercial real estate in Ukraine. Now to start operation plan such retailers like Ashan, IKEA (Mega), Carefour.
