Watchdog for Ukrainian constructors

Construction and Architecture Ministry has established a watchdog to monitor activity of construction companies. "A watchdog has been established to monitor activity of construction organizations," minister Volodymyr Rybak said. According to him, monitoring construction organizations will permit to control construction market and level of housing prices. At the same time, the minister reported that majority of the companies, which have housing construction licenses, do not have necessary facilities and cannot construct. "Licenses should not be given to those, who cannot construct housing," he said.

My comment. There are many companies, which are get construction license, but didn't build anything. I guess they should be more than 6000. But supply is still low...
